גם הציור הזה נסע לספרד במזוודה — חלק מהסט שהכנתי לפסטיבל Festiarte בנרחה, בהזמנת גלריה גאודי ממדריד. חוטמיות ולבנדר — פרחים גבוהים וישרים שאני אוהבת במיוחד. האם הם באמת גדלים יחד בטבע? כנראה שלא. אבל על הקנבס הם פשוט יפיפים ביחד, ואין לי שום כוונה להפריד ביניהם.

This painting also traveled to Spain in a suitcase — part of the set I created for the Festiarte festival in Nerja, by invitation of Gaudi Gallery from Madrid. Hollyhocks and lavender — tall, straight flowers that I especially love. Do they actually grow together in nature? Probably not. But on canvas they are simply beautiful together, and I have no intention of separating them.
