הציור הזה הגיע לעולם בדרך מיוחדת במינה. בשנת 2023 הוזמנתי על ידי גלריה גאודי ממדריד להציג בפסטיבל האמנות Festiarte בנרחה שבספרד. במקום לשלוח את הציורים בדואר — ארזתי אותם אחד בתוך השני במזוודה ובניתי סביב זה טיול בלתי נשכח. כך נסעו הציורים הפרחוניים האלה לספרד, בשלושה גדלים ושלוש פלטות צבעים שונות. ציור אחד נמכר שם — והשאר חזרו הביתה עם זיכרונות שלא ישכחו.

This painting arrived in the world in a very special way. In 2023, I was invited by Gaudi Gallery from Madrid to exhibit at the Festiarte art festival in Nerja, Spain. Instead of shipping the paintings — I packed them one inside the other in a suitcase and built an unforgettable trip around it. That’s how these floral paintings traveled to Spain, in three sizes and three different color palettes. One painting sold there — and the rest came home with memories that will never be forgotten.
